Subscription Plans Overview
Loravo may offer free plans, paid plans, add-ons, or limited-time promotional pricing. Plan names, features, usage limits, and availability may change over time.
Any plan descriptions shown in-product or on marketing pages are for informational purposes unless expressly incorporated into a binding order or purchase flow.
Billing Terms
If you purchase a paid Loravo plan, you authorize Loravo and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, fees are billed in USD. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate payment method and current billing information.
Renewal Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
Renewal charges may reflect changes in pricing, taxes, or plan configuration where permitted and where notice is provided through the service, by email, or during the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the service or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically prorate or refund the current billing period.
If your account is terminated for abuse, fraud, security misuse, or material breach of Loravo’s legal terms, access may end immediately without refund to the extent permitted by law.
Refund Policy
All sales are final except where refund rights are required by law or where Loravo elects to review a request.
Based on Loravo’s current legal source material, refund requests submitted to support within seven (7) days of purchase may be reviewed at Loravo’s sole discretion.
Granting one refund does not create an obligation to grant future refunds for the same or similar circumstances.
Taxes and Currency
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, levies, or foreign exchange costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any taxes or governmental charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on Loravo’s net income.
Charge Disputes and Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, Loravo may suspend access to paid features, recover amounts owed, and require updated payment information before restoring service.
Before initiating a charge dispute, you agree to contact Loravo at support@loravo.ca so the issue can be reviewed directly.
Abuse and Fraudulent Refund Behavior
Loravo may deny refunds, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes there has been abuse of payment systems, repeated opportunistic refund requests, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of promotional or billing mechanisms.
These enforcement rights supplement, and do not replace, the broader rights described in the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
