Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Loravo in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful to others, or inconsistent with the service’s intended use as a decision-support platform.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Using the service to violate law or infringe the rights of others
- Attempting to interfere with the availability, stability, or performance of the platform
- Submitting malicious code, malware, destructive payloads, or harmful automation
- Using the service to facilitate harassment, defamation, fraud, or knowingly false statements
Illegal Activity
Loravo may not be used to promote, organize, support, conceal, or commit illegal conduct, including unauthorized surveillance, data theft, identity fraud, or other unlawful activity.
Loravo reserves the right to cooperate with lawful investigations and to preserve or disclose information when legally required.
Unauthorized Access
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Loravo accounts, connected providers, networks, administrative systems, data stores, sessions, tokens, or credentials.
Examples include:
- Bypassing authentication or access controls
- Intercepting OAuth tokens, cookies, sessions, or credentials
- Impersonating another user or misrepresenting identity or authority
Scraping, Abuse, and Reverse Engineering
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not scrape the service, harvest data at scale, create competing datasets from Loravo outputs, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt to derive source code, model behavior, hidden prompts, or proprietary system logic.
Automated requests that unreasonably burden the platform or attempt to evade rate limits, security measures, or intended product controls are prohibited.
Security Misuse
Attempting to hack, probe, stress-test, or identify vulnerabilities in Loravo systems without written authorization is prohibited. This includes attempts to exfiltrate data, hijack sessions, or interfere with infrastructure or third-party integrations.
Conduct of this kind may violate civil or criminal law. Loravo may investigate, suspend access, and refer matters to advisors or authorities where appropriate.
False Statements and Harmful Misuse
You may not knowingly use Loravo to create or distribute materially false, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content about Loravo or other persons, or to mislead others regarding what the service can reliably do.
You may not present Loravo outputs as guaranteed facts, legal advice, investment advice, or other professional conclusions when such claims would be misleading.
Enforcement Rights
Loravo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access; remove content; preserve evidence; deny refunds; pursue civil remedies; and seek injunctive relief in response to suspected or actual violations.
Enforcement under this policy is in addition to the rights described in the Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, and AI Disclosure.
