Information We Collect
Loravo may collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the service, and information received from connected providers that you authorize.
Depending on your use, this may include:
- Name, email address, account credentials, and support communications
- Billing and transaction details needed to manage subscriptions
- Configuration choices, account settings, and service usage records
- Parental consent details where required for users aged 13 to 17
OAuth and Connected Provider Data
If you connect accounts through OAuth or another authorization flow, Loravo may receive data that you explicitly authorize us to access. This may include emails, attachments, calendar events, contacts, notes, connected documents, and data from news or weather services, including data from connected email providers such as Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
Loravo requests the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the connected features you enable. You can revoke access through your connected provider or by contacting Loravo.
AI Interaction Data
Loravo may collect prompts, instructions, queries, uploaded inputs, and generated outputs associated with your use of AI features. This information may be used to provide responses, improve system quality, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
AI interaction data may contain personal or confidential information depending on what you submit. You are responsible for deciding what information to provide through the service.
How We Use Information
Loravo may use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the service
- Generate AI-powered summaries, insights, organization, and workflow outputs
- Authenticate accounts and maintain security controls
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and respond to support requests
- Enforce legal terms and comply with applicable laws and lawful requests
Loravo does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers or infrastructure partners where reasonably necessary to operate the service.
Data Storage and Security
Loravo uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Sensitive account or authorization data may be stored using encrypted systems and restricted-access infrastructure. No system is completely secure, and Loravo cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a confirmed breach, Loravo may notify affected users and relevant authorities when required by law.
Data Retention and Deletion
Loravo retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Connected data, AI interaction logs, and account records may be deleted upon account closure or valid deletion request, subject to technical limitations, backups, fraud prevention needs, and legal retention requirements.
User Rights and Requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, export, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Requests may be sent to support@loravo.ca. Loravo may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Minor Users and Parental Consent
Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use Loravo only with parental or guardian permission. Parents or guardians may request review or deletion of a minor user’s account information where applicable.
Loravo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Models and AI Usage
Loravo may use third-party AI systems, including Gemini and GPT-family models, to process prompts and generate outputs. Those systems may be operated by external providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
Loravo may use de-identified or aggregated interaction data to evaluate quality, security, and service performance, unless otherwise stated.
International Transfers
Loravo may process or store information in jurisdictions outside your home country. Where international transfers occur, Loravo may use measures intended to support lawful cross-border processing under applicable rules.
By using the service, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions.
