AI Transparency
Loravo uses artificial intelligence systems to help organize information, analyze patterns, and generate summaries, recommendations, and other outputs. Those systems may include third-party models such as Gemini and GPT-family services.
AI systems are one component of the service. They do not operate as independent decision-makers on your behalf.
Outputs May Be Inaccurate, Incomplete, or Probabilistic
AI outputs are generated statistically and may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, inconsistent, or non-unique. Outputs may also vary across sessions or users given similar inputs.
You should independently review important facts, assumptions, calculations, and recommendations before relying on them.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Loravo does not guarantee any financial, legal, business, personal, operational, or productivity outcome. The service does not predict future events, ensure performance, or guarantee accuracy.
Branding language describing Loravo as premium, strategic, or advanced does not create warranties or promises of success.
Decision-Support Only
Loravo is designed to assist users, not to replace human judgment. The service does not control your behavior, remove free will, or make final decisions on your behalf.
If you use outputs to support financial, legal, employment, health, safety, or commercial decisions, you remain solely responsible for those decisions and their consequences.
Third-Party Models and Data Sources
Loravo may rely on third-party AI models and third-party data sources such as email services, calendars, news providers, weather services, or other connected systems. Loravo does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party systems or data.
External systems may change, become unavailable, introduce errors, or apply their own usage restrictions.
Connected Email Provider Terms
If you connect or use Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or another third-party email provider through Loravo, Loravo may interact with those services or present outputs informed by data made available through your authorized connection.
Those services remain governed by their respective providers and their own terms, privacy policies, acceptable use requirements, and account rules. Your use of connected-provider functionality through Loravo does not replace, limit, or override your responsibility to comply with the applicable rules of Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or any other connected provider.
Loravo does not control and is not responsible for third-party provider decisions or conditions, including service changes, access restrictions, account limitations, suspensions, outages, or policy enforcement.
User Responsibility for Reliance
You accept all risks associated with reliance on AI-generated insights, summaries, or recommendations. You should consult qualified professionals before making material financial, legal, medical, employment, investment, or business decisions.
Beta and Experimental Features
Some Loravo features may be labeled or treated as beta, preview, experimental, or early access features. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or become unavailable.
By using beta or experimental features, you acknowledge the added risk of unexpected behavior or incomplete functionality.
AI Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loravo is not liable for losses, missed opportunities, disputes, or other damages resulting from your interpretation of or reliance on AI outputs, including outputs connected to business decisions, operational decisions, scheduling, prioritization, or analytical conclusions.
This waiver supplements, and does not replace, the broader liability limitations in the Terms of Service.
Ownership, User Content, and Output Clarifications
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the processing license described in Loravo’s legal terms. AI outputs may not be unique and may resemble outputs generated for others.
Loravo does not promise that any output is protectable intellectual property or that no similar output will ever be generated elsewhere. Loravo is not responsible for disputes arising solely from similarity between AI outputs.
