You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the service. By using Loravo, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you additionally confirm that:
- A parent or legal guardian has granted permission for you to use the service.

Description of the Service
Loravo is an AI-powered analytical and decision-support platform. The service may integrate authorized third-party providers such as Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, news outlets, weather services, and similar sources that you choose to connect or authorize. Where you use connected services such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo through Loravo, those services remain subject to their own provider terms, policies, and account rules.
The service may process user-authorized data to generate outputs such as:
- Structured insights and summaries
- Prioritization support and organizational assistance
- Productivity-oriented recommendations and workflow outputs
Loravo is intended as a support tool. It does not autonomously execute decisions, control your actions, or replace professional advice.
Statements describing Loravo as advanced, premium, strategic, or forward-looking are branding language. They do not create guarantees of performance, prediction, or outcomes.
User Autonomy
The service does not override judgment, compel actions, or remove free will. You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and use any outputs, summaries, rankings, or recommendations.
You should independently review important information and consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, medical, business, or other high-impact decisions.
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- Authorizing only the third-party connections you intend to use
- All activity occurring under your account
- Providing accurate information and keeping it reasonably current
Loravo is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials, devices, sessions, or connected accounts.
Related Policies
Certain topics are addressed in more detail in separate legal documents that form part of Loravo’s overall legal framework.
Intellectual Property and User Content
Loravo retains all rights in its software, algorithms, user interfaces, design elements, and branding, except where rights are expressly granted to you.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, subject to a limited, non-exclusive license allowing Loravo to host, process, transmit, and analyze that content as needed to operate the service.
AI-generated outputs may be probabilistic, non-unique, or similar to outputs generated for others. Loravo does not warrant that outputs are exclusive to you or that they qualify for any particular intellectual property protection.
Fees, Billing, and Refund Overview
Paid features may require a subscription or other fee. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in USD. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund details are described in the Subscription Terms.
Loravo may suspend or limit access for unpaid balances, chargebacks, or suspected payment abuse.
AI Usage Overview
Loravo may use third-party AI systems, including Gemini and GPT-family models, to generate summaries, insights, and other outputs. Those outputs are informational and probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
By using the service, you accept the risks inherent in AI-assisted systems. Details appear in the AI Disclosure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loravo is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the service, including damages related to AI outputs, user decisions, data reliance, interruptions, or third-party services.
If Loravo is found liable despite the limitations in these Terms, Loravo’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Loravo for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loravo from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.
Termination
Loravo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at its discretion if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, suspected fraud, or a security concern.
Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the service, users, or Loravo’s rights. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing Law, Arbitration, and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the service will be resolved by binding arbitration under rules except that either party may seek injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm or unauthorized use of intellectual property, confidential information, or systems.
Modifications, Severability, and Entire Agreement
Loravo may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the extent legally permitted.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Subscription Terms, and AI Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loravo regarding the service.
